I may have to do this myself as well.

After my accident I'm running into an issue with the passenger rear spring.
The front bolt loosens up and I get a pop when taking off.
I haven't taken the bolt out yet, but it looks like the front eyelet is slightly shifted.

If I need to do repairs,
I will take big fat washer with the correct hole size for the bolt and weld it to the outside of the spring bracket on both sides.
And I will fill in the inside of the bracket at the washer with a little weld, grind flat and drill out what ever weld is in the diameter of the hole in the washer.
Then I will buy a bolt or see what Deavers has as a longer bolt with a crown nut option.

Couldn't you weld a washer big enough to go over the wallowed out hole?

If the bolt is allowed to move it will just egg out the hole even more.
And if the inside is not smooth you will eat up the bushings.

If the holes are not egg out to bad I guess the next size up in bolt would work, if Deavers makes a bushing setup for that, this would be the easiest fix.

I hope the next gen. Raptor uses 1/8 steel instead of gauge sheet metal.
Even for the upper rear shock brackets that some guys are tearing up.

Welded washer would be by far the easiest and cheapest route to go. Used them on the a-arms on 2 of my RZRs before.

I have decided to go with the washer route and try it. I will post the results after it is done next week. I am also going to do the same thing to the other side just for extra strength/security.
