Squeaking noise on front end

Been having issues with squeaking on my front end.

Have upper control arms and have been lubricating ball joints to no avail.

Curious if it is the shocks, coils, or any other part in the overall suspension??

Any advice helps here, been drawing blanks with some mechanics as well

I'm having the exact same issue. It seems to only be when turning at low speeds. I hear it out of the front-left of the truck.
Just bought the truck Monday and I'm hoping it's a quick, cheap fix.

Hoping it's just a lubrication issue..!

I had a similar incident last year, took a bottle of lithium lubricant wd40 and sprayed the shit out of front and rear suspension, no more noises
