So which is a better set up? or is it fair to say which is better. sprung over with traction bars i hear is a great setup. i also hear sprung under is great. i know there are traction bars for sprung under but i hear they hang way to low. so what are the advantages and disadvantages in performance?

sprung under wlll give you 3-5" of additional uptravel.

sprung over with traction bars will give you a little more downtravel, granted you also go with longer shocks ( think bed rack).

Sprung under also comes with the requirement to dial in driveshaft plunge and will require a new driveline in most cases.

there is lots more to consider, but those are the basics.
