If you guys would stop picking up fat chicks and hauling them around, you wouldn't have these problems.

No sag in these Nat SD's! ;)

I hope for your sake they don't sag so you're not buying a second set at 1000+ dollars... But give it time and I bet they will.

Late Jan/Feb I believe. I don't tow at all. Just the standard spare/chase rack/jack/fuel/water load out.

Huck, I just rewatched the install video on RPG's website and they actually do tell you to load the springs with weight before you torque all the nuts.

I think (my guess) what we are seeing is you try to make a spring as compliant and soft as your able to so that the shock can have as much control as possible. You make the spring stiffer and less compliant and the shock begins to lose some of the control, which has a negative effect on performance. So I guess you have to find a happy medium between performance and a spring that won't need constant maintenance or replacement. I think Corey was shooting for performance over longevity. Performance sells and that's what we asked for. They can still suck it tho.

other than a loose clamp what am i looking at?

contact with bump stop

agreed performance over longevity. they still shouldn't fail at this rate, 1k miles of hard baja race, yeah they could be done for, but not 8k miles of highway use with an empty bed
