I bet your lower arms are moving. If so the frame slots are probably taking a beating. It maybe time to weld in a plate at the lower control arm mounts on your truck.

Will do. Theres a pretty decent shop here in Wichita Falls that I think can do it but I'll be sure to get the spec sheets from them.
The first time we had it done it was by the Ford house in Graham, They're idiots. Took them over 7 hours to get it Driveable and it was no better if not worse. Second place had never done a raptor before but had a machine wide enough for it so I thought they could..they got close but not perfect. Its not so bad for it to cause issues but for my OCD self it needs to be perfect

Yeah doesn't surprise me. The auto service industry is going to shit full steam ahead. Doesn't pay well enough to keep most intelligent people young enough to start a different career on board.

What do you mean by weld in a plate? As in reinforce the frame slots?

So is the camber/caster kit on now? A quality kit will help hold the alignment but it might be time for something more solid in your case.

Yeah that was for Netix. I'd say his condition is a little more extreme lol. Weld in plate to where the slots are on the chassis now. The plate just has a hole big enough for the control arm bolt to go thru. You lose adjustment but its solid and won't move. Only flip side is, greater chance for the control arm or something else to break since there's no more "give".

Ya sorry on iphone its in now yes, please explain what kind of plates ill talk to my fab guy

Where the lower control bolts to the frame, there are slots cut into the chassis for adjusting the camber/caster. You can cut a plate that will weld on top of where the slots are, basically eliminating them. This locks the arms in once bolted into place. Best pic I could find is on of SDHQ LT kit where they do the same thing.

See the plate welded to the frame there eliminating the slots?

Shouldn't be a problem getting your truck fixed. The specs can help us help you if it isn't right.
