My 2010 with the Sony is starting to get on my nerves a bit with the stereo. Right from the get go the right side seemed weak. After a while I noticed that if I cranked the volume, suddenly it seemed like the right side came alive, almost like the speed compensated volume kicked in (a nice boost in volume and quality).
I have used Birdmans recommendations for stereo settings and that made the audio way better, but the speaker output problem more noticeable. Even in park, when I get in, I have to quickly crank the volume up to near max to bring the right side up to the same quality of output as the left.
My dealer (a long way away) said maybe a loose wire, my local independant mech says maybe the Sync or the amp, or something.
Can anyone give me a good guess what it could be?
