So we end up in South Lake Tahoe on Sunday night. I have seen any disscusion of spending the the night there. I plan to. Anyone else?

I might, I shouldn't have anything to do that monday

I was planning to but I just started a new job so it's a bit early to take a day off.

Ill get it to you this evening. I haven't had a chance to convert the final file yet.

Bigg, just wondering if you got my pm yesterday, I've been having problems with private messaging recently

Are we doing door decals for this run? I really liked the ones Myron did for the lost coast run and it reminds me the great time I had on that run every time I see it in my garage.

I was up at Lake Tahoe this weekend and did the Genoa Peak trail. It runs from the intersection of 28 and 50 over to the Kingsbury Grade and takes about 1-1/2 hours with photo stops for about 11 miles. It has good views of the lake.

Beautiful pics! I think we took a different route on the prerun as we did not have these views. I know where we the turn off is so it may be worth taking this stretch. I was going to skip it but these pics have me rethinking that.

I've done the Genoa Peak trail several times in my Honda Element, and love the views it gives you of the lake. That obviously illustrates that this is a VERY easy trail for the Raptor. But keep in mind, Genoa Peak trail is a 2 way trail and on several occasions, we've come across hikers and mountain bikers using the road. So be aware of (possible) obstacles.

Ya, I noticed that on the prerun. That's part of why I was thinking of skipping it. Plus the terrain didn't allow you to open it up. So it's more of a cruise with great views and highway 50 offers great views as well.

Figure well kick back Sun nite then walk around/ explore the town on Monday.
