Soon-ish to be Raptor owner

So I am currently driving a Carli/King Dodge 2500 4x4 Cummins on 37s that I'm hopefully selling this weekend. The next step is ordering a tux black 2013 800A SCAB and playing the waiting game. I am open to suggestions on where to buy in the greater Sacramento or SF bay areas. Also, about what would be invoice on the described truck?
