Solved an annoying Sqeek, sharing for others

Got the truck up on a lift with the rear at full droop and sprayed a ton of CRC spray graphite between the leaves. No improvement in the squeak. Driving me nuts as it's maybe a squeak every 2ft as I drive around suburbia

Do you have a fog light kit? Mine was squeaking, thought it was the rear of the truck and come to find out, the top of the fog openings were contacting the light mounts and squeaking like crazy. Adjusted the bumper up a hair and no more squeak.

I rode with the SCAB read door open in the neighborhood and the some is coming from under the cab. Not the bed, tailgate, or springs. It would be shocking if any of those were the source as they are now all lubricated within an inch of their life.

Maybe the skid plates. I read another post on this forum where the owner had a squeaking skid plate in the middle of the truck.

I spent another 1/2 hour under the truck this morning. I can't find anything loose under the cab where the squeak is coming from. What about the cab/body mounts. When I am driving say 5-10 mph and it's squeaking, the squeaking seems in synch with the vibrations I feel on the floor of the cab.

Has anyone read about squeaking body mounts?

FINALLY SOLVED

I decided try every nut and bolt under the truck to make sure everything was tight. Turns out that the front bolt that mounts the passenger side spring to the frame was tight, with the nut tight to the frame, but it was a little loose on the head side of the bolt. A small space between the head of the bolt and the housing. It felt tight with a wrench but I was able with a lot of force to get the bolt pulled tight and to get it torqued down

THE SQUEAK IS GONE
