"shudder after reprogramming"....don't you dare try and tie that to poor oil change history. It says it right there. They know that their action can cause side effects. Which is why I am hesitant.

Back it off and try listening more and assuming less. Your little picture proves nothing about your assumptions.

JFC, shudder ≠ rattle.

Just received both letters ('18 raptor, '18 Expedition). Raptor has 26k and no rattle, Expedition has 40k and started rattle about 5k ago. Didn't know what it was, so it is going in first.

Had mine programmed and so far no shudder.

Lost a tiny bit on top end and gained more on bottom end as I know my truck well and this is what I've experienced.

Not sure if that's normal but I also have a new transmission prior to the reprogram.
