Snatch Strap and D ring Rating. Help!

I never thought about the bolts on the front ones. I'll check that out. If they're not grade 8, I'm gonna be a lil upset. I know y'all don't want to carry a bunch of extra shit in your truck but a good idea might be to carry a "V Bridle" to hook to both tow hooks so the shock load of yanking on these tow hooks might be cut in half. I've got a guy to custom make straps like that.

I wouldn't use that for a snatch rope. The hooks would not hold.

I have the big bubba rated at 52,300 lbs breaking strength and use 7/8 Crosby shackles. I have used it a number of times and love it worked awesome.
