I have called RPG twice with no answer and sent a pm so hopefully I can get a hold of them tomorrow since my truck is being loaded on a trailer tomorrow. What should it have been torqued at? I will have to call the shop who did the work to see what they torqued it at

Torque should have been 100ft lbs. I think there is an install video or paper instructions on RPG's website for the UCA's.
They might be busy getting ready for the TRR or they are on their way. Either way they should call you back right away. They do have cell phones I'm sure. I believe the number you call for RPG is Brian's cell phone or it transfers automatically to his phone. That's what I have experienced.
Good luck.

By the way. I never saw an answer to if the pins were the same color as the ones I posted the picture of or if they were blackish metal looking?

I forgot they were headed to TRR, does that mean I won't be able to get the pin until afterwards? if thats the case I may just put the stock ones back on and sell the RPGs and put on SVC's new UCA. I'll check the pin color after class

Im sorry that happened man that looks like hell.
This makes me wonder why we change our upper arms in the first place?
Seems like all you guys having this issue have low miles on the parts.
Can the benefits really out weigh the constant worry of wondering when your UCA will fail?
I know that the factory upper arms will not fail like this without any prior warning or extreme loads.

Makes me nervous! I have icon uca's but I'm still nervous if aftermarket stuff is failing like this!
