If your speed bumps in Panama are so bad that you are bending and breaking parts on your truck maybe you should slow down? You're not proving anything to other people by breaking your truck going to work.... I am sure the roads down there are rutted out and rough but take that into consideration and stop abusing the truck.

I would look into some better leaf springs like a Deaver pack, a frame reinforcement kit (at minimum) and a good set of 3.0 shocks like Icons if you are doing this much damage.

Don't get me wrong, I am all for playing around in my truck and beating it up OFF ROAD. But if you are breaking stuff IN TOWN maybe tone it down a little.

I would check the hanger by the muffler, it shouldn't do that if all the hangers are installed correctly and all clamps are good and tight.
Maybe get the connections welded.

Frame kits and new bump stops for speed bump. Really! Any stock rig should be able to handle it...
