My advise, get the bump stop kit and weld the exahaust connections.

To do any real meaningful damage the bump you hit is going to have to be taller than your available up travel. So in a stock raptor is say 6-7" would be the range. You will also have to be going fast enough to make the impact sufficiently violent to bend the frame. No idea what the magic number is, but having bent mine on a bump that size I can tell you it was North of 50 mph.
The truck is also likely to donkey kick the rear end up in a "frame bender" type hit. So that also speaks to the severity of the impact needed to do it.
