I forgot to post about my new rear...In my raptor boys
. Finally got it fixed. Apparently I smashed my spring mounts so the axle was actually tilting back and forth with the torque etc. I got a new rear, new spring mounts and custom traction bars that turned out really nice
the truck actually rides better and there is no more sloppy rear end 
To monitor my IATs G-force motorsports installed an aeroforce gauge. It's really cool. Here is my higher temps after doing crazy donuts in the heat. Usually temps are same as outside air temp
