Sirius headache!

I got Lifetime subscription. It's expensive,but no more bills.
Had to call 3 times with transfers each time.

I know how I could get there stock price up . .
but, can't get to speak to a decision maker - *********

Faction is a talk show channel that plays a little music. They don't have the same audio gear that the music first channels have so their sound quality is not as good as a music first channel.

Always ask to have your call escalated to someone higher up the food chain if you're not getting the results you want.

Ya faction is the only alternative station that they have and seems to be crap talk radio 50% of the time. Sound quality is so bad that I was going to change my speakers in the Raptor, but once I popped a CD in it sounds pretty good for a factory system.

Yeah faction is really a talk station that plays music sometimes. I love listening to the Jason Ellis show, but the rest of them could go away and I'd never miss them.

I gave up on them a long while ago. I cant say I miss them at all, I have a better play list on my flash drive. When I did complain about an issue all I got was programmed answers, so that told me how much they really care about what their customers want.

They definitely suck butt!!! XM kicks their butt in comparison. I know, they are the same company, but really they aren't, as they treat them separately and they use different infrastructure/satellites. My XM never goes out but my Sirius goes out when I am under a branch!

On the outsourced call center pain, immediately request a US based rep and stand firm on the request and they will usually accomodate it. They tend to be senior reps and have more flexibility in what they can offer. I thought about canceling but I dont think I can do without my daily doses of the NFL channel and the Playboy channel. They both make traffic so much easier to deal with

I used to have the playboy channel on DirectTV what a bore, cant imagine listening to ***** stars talking about shit during traffic.
Jason is good some times if he has a guest on, but to listen to him and that other guy ramble on about senseless crap for 4 hours, I just cant do it.

Did you get the travel and weather with your lifetime subscription? I have lifetime on mine as well. I transferred it from my other vehicle. They said I would have to start a new subscription to get the weather and travel link. I said forget it. I am wondering if I can add lifetime weather and travel to my current lifetime radio subscription. Anyone done this? If so, give me the details

Smokinjo- how did you get Sirius to transfer your lifetime subscription? I have it on my old radio in my other truck. When I bought the subscription years ago and still today on their website they made it clear it is a subscription to the radio, (not the person buying it) and could not be transfered to another radio. Would like to do that if you know how.
