Thanx. You're are definitely cool! Do yours have the amber devil eyes or is it a reflection from the amber rings?

Thanks man. I had him put amber LEDs under the shroud which have those clear bump outs on them... The dots don't go all the way around which is a little odd but I think it works well. It's also pretty neat that the amber LEDs make the HID lens glow amber.

Can't wait to see our lights installed!

i have had my sick hid's since november. probably the best mod i have done as i can actually see the road at night. i noticed after returning from the mountains this last night that one of my headlights is noticeably dimmer than the other. it doesn't flicker or anything but its dimmer. haven't checked with Brian yet but other checking the connections and the ballast what else could be the source of the problem. lights were very dirty but that isn't the issue,

Check all of your connections, it is very possible that something came loose, if all else fails call Brian he will help you out

Be very careful installing the light housings, take your time and double check everything that you do

Make sure that you grounds are secure and you should be good to go, follow the instructions that he sends you and if you have any issues call Brian he will walk you through. congrats!

that sucks to see, it definitely looks dimmer in the pic. Let us know what the resolution ends up being.

So here are some shots I took with my cell this evening. I'm moving back to D.C. so don't have a ton of time to get great shots but they definitely show what they look like.

They're 55W Bi-Xenon HIDS, completely blacked out with amber LEDs behind the shrouds, I love how they look on the truck and definitely fit with my vision. Not too mention the fact that they are ridiculously bright, I mean like little pieces of daylight bright. They came perfectly aimed so no adjustments were necessary. Install was fairly easy once I figured out the placement for the balasts and relay. Took maybe an hour or a little more all told with me taking my time and dealing with a curious little boy who wanted to help. :waytogo:

Overall, they were worth the wait but man, Brian @ Sick HID needs to get better at his time to completion estimates and maybe hire someone to help out. He's a bit stressed out and a bit of live wire with regard to attitude and communications due to that. If you have the time to wait, he makes an amazing product. For reference, I ordered early December, was quoted 8-12 weeks and they arrive first week of June. (22-23 weeks)

Enjoy the shots -
