I thought everyone knew what I do for a living. I run a towing company with my Dad. I complained to much about my "old" truck ('08) and my dad was gracious to let me order a new truck for myself. Well it couldn't have arrived at a more perfect time of the season for me. Now it's time to put her to work and make some money.

That was quite a write-off!
How are you liking a new one with all the emissions equipment? I'll be ordering a new semi in '15 and am worried about all the crap on them (I already have to deal with my 1 tons that take DEF now).

800 hp?

Thank you. 500hp and only 1650ft lbs before it goes through my 18 speed trans and 4.10 gears. I'll be turning it up just as soon as I smoke this clutch which I'm trying to do on purpose while she's under warrantee. The dealer doesn't want to touch it unless I get a bigger clutch put in. Target is 550hp and 1850ft lbs. So far only one issue with the SCR catalyst failed. Got a brand new one installed and having no issues yet so far. This is a '14 as well. If I could do it again, I'd be ordering a Glider Kit. But hurry up because the law is catching up to it and they want to see the production of gliders ceased within the next 3 years.

I have an old farm truck looking for another one. The one we have now is 425hp I like it wouldn't want any thing less. It's an old international c I want to say C 53 but that don't seem right. Anyhow we put an 18 speed in it. I wanted to just get a different truck. But it pulls 80000 like nothing behind you.

Do those things come with 4wd? Do you run any specific tires, snow chains to handle the snow and getting traction on ice when doing a recovery?

Driving skill^ you can lock in the dif but you don't run like that.

I should let the wrecker driver take it but most is done with cables and hydronic cylinders.
