With the Pioneer all the functionality of the sync system is built in-voice control, steering wheel controls, blue tooth, can use Nav on the Fly with real time traffic, watch DVD's /netflix while driving, stream pandora and slacker radio, front and rear camera views. Down side is steep learning curve, no HVAC controls.

After one month of ownership (and a forecast of at least 4 days without rain) I decided to give my baby her first bath. Parked her at work afterwards and at least three cars have come into the lot, stopped and taken pics of her.

Love the black, I hate the center caps, they look much less conspicuous on yours. I am trying to decide what I am going to do with mine.

Which pioneer unit is that? I have the 4300, can't tell if they're the same as mines still in its box.

Looks great though! How do you find the sound quality after the switch? Better? Worse?

I really like it. The 4300 I think is 50 watts per channel x 4, and you can always add the AVIC-U220 add-on navigation system later. I am not using the Pioneer amplifier though.
