Did u tint ur 3rd brake light? or is it recon?
Truck looks sick with 37's!
Thanks guys. The Recon 3rd brake lights have gotten bad reviews so I passed on them. Instead, mine has dark smoked Laminex applied (as does the tailgate Ford emblem - and plastidip sprayed on it's surrounding chrome oval). Laminex is a thick heavy duty removable film that is heat-shrunk onto trim and rear lights by some specialty tint shops.
Recon's LED tail lights are a different story, and have gotten overall good reviews. However, some have reported an issue with accumulating moisture and offroad dust - the reverse bulb housing is the culprit as the rest of the unit is sealed. To prevent this, make sure the OEM rubber washer/grommet is used, and apply a bead of silicone around it = no worries!
