X2, don't go test drive one or you will have to have it. After my first test drive I told my "dealer" that the Raptor is like Crack, you will have to have more.

Don't test drive it... Once you do they will hook you and you won't come loose you'll literally lose sleep thinking about it so decide... My brother is a super duty boy and still loves my truck if pulling is your thing nothing is better then diesel obviously but if you wanna smile on your face, a truck that turns a bad day into a good one.. A truck that can handle angry driving through anywhere the raptor my friend is the choice

I would love to keep my superduty and have a raptor but I really can't have three car payments right now being my wife just got a new F-150. Like I said I love my current truck but I have the bug for the raptor. After I drove the wifes truck and loved the ride. So plush and the ac seats I was sold. LOL!! I'm just not sure giving up the full size for more of a special toy. It seams it's a well rounded truck to me and can tow what I have. If I needed a little more towing the wifes truck should handle it. For the most part im not towing. 95% of the time an daily driver and just having fun with it.

So hard to make a choice. Now i'm having dreams about going to the car dealer and picking it up. I have a feeling it going to come down to a test drive and I will be hooked.

Loved my 09 fx4 .....but it can not hold a candle to my new raptor ...pull the trigger its a no brainer !!!

Well i'm looking for a good deal now. My dealer said $1500 under msrp which that truck should be in very soon. (Loaded screw) I happened to go up to idaho for the weekend and stopped by a ford dealer and they told me they would order one for $1000 over invoice. Which is really good just waiting for a call back on my trade but then I have to wait another 2-3 months. I'm not going to pull the trigger unless I get a good deal. They had one in idaho but said the sales manager had it at his house and didn't think he wanted to sell it. WTF lol!! I don't think I would want some raptor that is someones joy ride until he's ready to sell it. Then still try to sell it as a new raptor. I guess it all depends on the miles.

They can't sell it as "new" if it has had a previous owner already OR it has over 3,000 miles on it..

That's ******** though, because if he's joyriding a new one he got in and is putting a hard 50 on it, I wouldn't want to buy that "new" ride either.
