I have the borla atak on my gen 2 ( I know, I know.. thought I was getting my 3 sooner than this )
When I go through the valley, all the ricers keep looking to find the GTR coming down the road.. ahh,, where iz itt a comming a from..

I was perusing Youtube listening to Gen2 exhausts and that Borla Atak sounds good for sure.

Yes and no. startup and idle are a fantastic improvement. Cruising is great. Full throttle, definitely, for sure, awesome...and faster, cause have a tune and better intake.
Buuuuuuuut(t), when you are in the middle..mmmmm not so sexy. Especially when you have buildings give you the reflection noise
I have the Xpipe and no resonator. Feel like I need to get that now, as my G3 is not going to built until like 2025 or something.
Notes for anyone else though, totally will keep the X pipe setup for baja trips as i feel like its the **** when I step on it.

The Ford team did say they trying to make the Gen3 sound more like a GTR and I think they got it close.

I have stock exhaust on my Gen2 and a neighbor kid across the street got a 94 Probe GT V6 with mufflers on it, one morning when he started it up I thought someone started my Raptor.

I turned that **** off like day 5.. I actually turned it back on for a bit, and then was like.. nah.. no thanks. Maybe they should've piped something funny for sport mode. Like someone screaming going down the street and change pitch w/ the gears..


wait! idea.. anyone know how to put that in with for skin??
