Shop scratched my ADV1 new wheels today during install, how can I proceed?

My very expensive rims got scratched today during install, I picked them up today at 6pm and a friend noted the scratch/cover up attempt , I said it looks like a small scratch/glue in it will not cause a commotion because of it. Took it home, washed them immediately and voila, paint came off. store closed but called the central offices and got a ticket number that denotes that i reported that immediately etc.Tomorrow at 9am I have to go to align the truck with them. What to expect(its obvious its their fault , may try to avoid responsibility , etc but we went wheel by wheel prior to install and obviously it wasn't noted then.
How can this be repaired? painting just the area near the scratch?, the whole rim? powder coating?

Super ****** man. Probably need strip, sand smooth, repaint/powder. Interested to see if they'll take care of you.

Went to the shop today, the manager saw the rims(chips in at least 2-3 orifices per wheel where you put the lug nuts), the scratch that I took pictures above and a scratch in the border of one of the rims and he will call a guy that repairs wheels to take care of all of the wheels damages, they obviously will pay for it and he refunded the labor costs $500 for mid perch, alignment, balancing . Will keep updating

You bought the wrong wheels man. I assume this truck will never see aired down tires off road with this setup. They'll be worse your first time out.

That sucks man. I'd ask ADV how much they would charge to re-finish it and go from there. It's an easy fix for them. They'll most likely pull it apart if it's multi piece and refinish the center only. It's probably only a couple hundred but typically the turn around is 4-6 weeks which sucks but at least the re-finish would be perfect.

How did they do that??? I could almost see being able to do that in a horizontal machine, but no way in a vertical machine. You gotta be some kind of ******* stupid to do damage to a rim, regardless... **********

My guess is they coned it from the front and it might have became loose on the balancer.
