Shop scratched my ADV1 new wheels today during install, how can I proceed?

I picked them over Discount tire because they had the touchless mounting machine along with the road force balancing one, if not they would have destroy them and I ceramic coated them also. They refunded me $500 of the labor and this Wednesday they are supposed to get the guy to repair them. Let's see what happens. Such is life and my stupidity for getting $6000 wheels, lol.

when i had my methods installed at discount tire, they scratched one putting it on the balancer and they told me right away, and ordered me a new wheel. I would expect new wheels to replace these scratched ones, but at $1500 a wheel... jesus. what is with you guys? they are gonna get banged up if you go off road
