I know I'm blind, but why are there street tires on that Raptor frame? BTW-If I don't find out the answer, I will not lose sleep over it.

Noticed that too... I think it became a parts Raptor while it was sitting for the past 8 months.

I don't remember the windshield shattering. What would have caused it? Air bag?

Man, well it's been a long few day cutting, notching, tacking and what not to get this thing done before TRR.

The plan for the rear is to notch the frame, build a cage that will harness Fox 3.5" 5 tube bypass's plus a Fox 2.5" bump. There will be a dual spare setup, toolbox location and new prototype bed sides from Glassworks.

Painters tape is a good poor mans way of CAD design for layout

This is the top support to add structure after the frame is cut.

ya don't take a finger off

Lol,

The other night I was griding and felt my leg getting hot. Look down and my dam shorts were on fire. I not talking a little smoldering burn either. Shit was a full fledged inferno. Stappled them together, and kept on going. I'll be blown away if I make it to Texas without at least one trip to the E.R.
