Selling or trading in Gen II with cobb tune

If I sell private party i'll sell mine with the Cobb AP and Goose tune. If I end up trading it in, i'm uninstalling the Cobb AP and exhaust and selling those separately (unless the Cobb AP can be re-used on the '21 once warranty expires).

Isn’t the access port married to the VIN of the truck? I have mine Goosetuned, but don’t recall if that’s the case.

I don’t think so once it’s uninstalled? I’ll have to look. I know the tune is married to the accessport so you can’t take the tune and copy to someone else’s AP. I believe that’s why you need to give Goose the serial number of your AP at the beginning of the tune process.

Other people on this forum have bought and sold accessporta before, they would be able to confirm
