I'm running the 91 performance tune using an airaid cai and factory exhaust currently and I'm planning on adding on an mbrp turndown soon. Will I need a new tune from sct once I add it on?
SCT re-tune after exhaust?

Mike would be able to tell you for sure. When I got new headers installed, a new tune was a must.
If you can't get a hold of Mike at Five Star, Chris at Freedom seems to know a good deal about them. He could help add well.

most tunes are already set for CAI and exhaust but as YJ said its best to ask the person u got the tune from to be sure

Not unless your doing headers. If It's just from the cat- back, then your good. U might be able to grab more power out of her but honestly at that point, you'd have to be on a dyno to get your. 4-6hp gain. You'll get a gain for sure bolting up....how much is the question but a dyno, can't beat that method for pulling out more power accurately. As for as NEED A tune, no. You'll be good as gold bro. A buddy of mine has a dyno.
