I dont get it.. y would u wanna pay $1000 for a vinyl that u can get for around $200..
Having experienced after market vinyl at a lower cost than the OEM let me say you get what you pay for.

With regards to SCREW vs SCAB I have pretty good experience with both. I had a 2010 SCAB which I traded for the 2012 SCREW, g/f currently drives a 2011 SCAB. The SCAB is a bit more fun to drive, but in terms of practicality I needed the SCREW. Towing and trips with friends were the main reasons. We live in a remote area so pretty much every trip we make we come home with a loaded truck and the difference is huge between the SCREW and SCAB. If I lived in the city and didn't need to tow/haul you can bet I'd have gone with the SCAB again. Long trips loaded with groceries and towing my enclosed trailer made it an easy decision.

Two ways to go with this:

If you got kids, you need the screw.

If you got kids and get the scab you will need ******.

To me the SCAB looks more sporty, but as others have said if you have kids or plan to anytime soon then the SCREW makes a lot more sense. You can get car seats in the SCAB, but it tightens up fast and you have to move the seats up a fair amount. Either way you win in my mind as you are getting a Raptor! Good luck with your decision

Also kids just do not get in alone, they have kid things with them, always. And they take up more room.

It's like looking at a new house with nothing in it, its deceiving.
Look at it and image all your furniture in it and it gets way smaller.

I hear this a lot and it is not always true. My kiddo rides in the back seat of my S-Cab all of the time (including 2000 mile road trips) and we have not had ANY issues. Granted, I am not BigJ sized, so that is a factor.

The extra 12" of wheelbase for the S-Crew would have had me stuck several times. That is also something to consider. Where do you go off-roading? How tight is the terrain / trees?

I have never had to move my seats for either forward or rear facing car seats.

Its going to be different for everyone. One child, I could agree, try three kids and a 68 lb Choc lab, it gets tite quick. LOL

If I was alone, I would get the scab. But to me when you have kids you never have enough room.

I ordered a SCab mainly for the looks and sportier feel of the SCab over the SCrew.

Having only one son, who is 9, the backseat room didn't concern me at all. My Dad has an 04 F150 SCab and we routinely put 5 people in it with no issues. Hell, we had 5 adults in my cousin's 2012 Lariat SCab and I was in the back.. it was surprisingly comfortable.
