No problem for me with the XR rails. I’ve got the XR rails with the Yakima outpost HD and Tepui Autana 4 tent. I took this set up to Baja for 5 days and it held up great. I was a little worried day one, but after I realized it held up fine through the San Felipe whoops, I hammered it for the rest of the trip.

Now THAT is how to put the Raptor to work... can’t tell if I like the clean or dirty pic better but love em both.

When I first got the truck, I had a Retrax with the KB Voodoo rack and it was all fantastically made. I eventually switched to a cap though since that was a better fit for my needs.

Are you happy with your Frontrunner?
Do all the fuel and tool attachments work well?

I love the front runner. Aesthetically it was the only option for me because I hate when the RTT sits above the cab.

But I was pleasantly surprised with how many options FrontRunner offers for mounting. I mean I don’t use even a quarter of their mounts. I have the recovery board mounts, fuel mounts, ace mount, shovel mount, bottle opener mount, go pro mount, tent mount and soon I’ll have a mount for my awning I’m sure.

they all work flawlessly and seamlessly with each other and in general function.

I have the Yakima HD with crossbars and the Yakima lockNload "K" platform attached. I love the setup and it maintains the full functionality of the Retrax XR. I don't usually leave the RTT attached but I have a Rhino Dome awning on the side for beach days, camping, or the range. The setup also allows me to tie in my dogs and take them for rides without worries of them jumping out.

Thanks! The dirty pick is pretty bad ass, but man i've washed and detailed the truce twice now, and i'm still getting mud coming out of all of the crevices. Hopefully after the next one, i'll be fully rid of the dirt on the exterior. The engine bay and undercarriage are another story.

Hi, do you have the ruggedized version of the tent? Trying to compare the weight of the tent. Thanks!
No, just the standard version. I live in SoCal so I figured I didn’t really need the ruggedized version. Seem to be holding up really well, except that o bent the ladder unfolding the tent. That was my fault though.
