I thought my bed was squeaking but it turned out to be the latch/strike on the tailgate. Greased it and it went away. Not sure if you're getting the same squeak though.
When my door *doesn’t* rattle it SQUEAKS. It’s either rattling or squeaking, I guess depending how rough the road is. Light stuff it squeaks, heavy stuff it rattles.

Wow man, that squeak that my door does is probably the rubber coating on the striker bar. Gonna grease that thing and see if that solves it.

2017 802A SCab here bought new, has the sunroof, still no squeaks or rattles. Went crawling a bit this weekend and was actually shocked how quiet and capable the truck was. ymmv

I believe these claims of no rattles. My passenger side doesn’t make a sound. Just a shame both sides aren’t like that. Even more a annoying that it’s inches away from my left ear.

If anyone has any ideas please chime in here.

I’ve been thinking about realigning the door, or trying to shift the striker bar inward possibly.

I tried taping the upper striker bar. No change.

I'm almost 100% certain the tapping right by my left ear is the B pillar trim piece. It makes the exact same sound if I push on it outside the truck. I read somewhere they start to get creaky over time - I'm thinking my polishing is what did it.

Years ago when I bought my truck used, it had the rattle. I did the surgical tubing inside the weatherstrip trick and it has been silent ever since. Got the tubing from Amazon for cheap and used a razor blade to cut a slit in the weatherstrip to get it inside (soap & water helps). Give it a try.
