Gen1 with the factory decals on hood and besides. What wax product is safe to use that will not harm the decals or plastics?

Vinyl and paint are two totally different things. You wax your paint, but wax isn't really tailored specifically for vinyl's needs. The enemy of vinyl is the sun, specifically UV rays. So I use a vinyl protectant for the decals. What I'm currently using is Adam's VRT. I apply it, and then wipe the excess off. It doesn't shine the flat black on decals either, keeping them looking flat as intended.

I'll get some and do that. I'm about to have my hood decal replaced, it's got some small cracks in it and I'm picky lol
