Rust on bumper. Less than a year old

dont think i would be very cost efective for them to send me out another bumper, I just have to find someone local to re- powdercoat it

No you will be shocked to find out what is required labor wise to strip the old coating off and properly prepare for a new allpication of PC.....

Need to send it back---it is substandard work.
