I wasn’t the person who asked, but thanks. I had forgotten it wasn’t just trans temp. Many of us, including myself, have FORSCAN mods which actually show the temp above the C - H gauge.

Hey Mike…i have literally The exact same situation on my 2017 raptor. I just had a new transmission put in about two weeks ago and ever since I have those exact same temperature symptoms. Did you ever find out what the deal was? And how to repair it?City Boy, I have had the same issue for months, literally just returned from Ford service, they changed the hose coming from the reservoir, told me I was good to go. 1 mile away from dealer I jump on highway and not only did they not fix it, its worse. At 75 mph I let off the gas and the temp climbs to 235-237, when I get back on the gas it goes back down to below 226. I just called the service dept back and they are completely confused and have to do some research and call me back. This is 4 weeks after having my truck in service for 7 weeks getting a new transmission. Really getting tired, love to hear if anyone else had this problem and what the fix was.
