Running board lights wiring support

Hey all - I have a 2023 Raptor and bought the running board lights from F150 LED. Is there a way to power these without splicing into the wiring harness on the driver side rear door? Would like to have turn on with "welcome lights", trying to see if can use a connector of some sorts vs splicing into super thin wires. Thanks.

Doing the exact same install on a 2024 and cannot get the wiring to work with the harness at the drivers rear door foot panel.

Wires are listed as: thin gray with purple/violet stripe for power and thin black with purple/voilet stripe for ground. Can anyone confirm this is correct for the 2024? I don’t have access to wiring diagram for the 24.
