I thought there was 93 in Blackwell....I stayed at a hotel there behind that diner. I can't remember exactly but I do know I was on my 93 tune last year and was filling up in Blackwell.

Is there a hotel in Blackwell or is the closest Sweetwater?

I think I might be mistaken on where I stayed I do know it was like a 35-40 min drive from the ranch and when you hit the main road leaving the ranch I took a left. Think it was sweetwater my bad lol.

Nope. There is a "cement pond" (swimming pool) near the clubhouse. Any other standing water will be earthen cattle tanks.

there's a "lake" across the road from the ranch called oak creek reservoir but the water levels pretty low that's where our lake house it and that's where the party will be of course haha
