OP updated with cancellation policy.

Cancellation: If you end up not being able to attend, full refunds will be given up to March 15 2014. After that date, 75% of the payment can be applied to any future TRR event, but there will be no cash refunds.

This might be a dumb question but how will gas be handled? I googled the area and it shows the closest station is about 30 miles away. That is gonna to be a LOT of round trip gas runs, especially if 200+ Raptors show up. Gas stations are going to run out of premium....

Misinformation there, the closest is Stripes in Bronte. About 10 miles from Texana. There's been fuel trucks at the ranch in the past as well.
