Haha I camped the first year when the campgrounds flooded! I was lucky enough to be on the higher part of the camp ground so my tent stayed nice and dry!

I wish the lake house was like that shit I'd live there all year haha

If it hasn't changed at all since the first year try and stay in the middle of the it length wise but towards the start gate more width wise.

I know that the little storm we got that first year was unpredicted and random there wasn't anything like that the last one and I doubt it'll happen this year as well

What would you guys recommend bringing to hang out at the ranch if you're not camping? The only thing that can come to mind for me is a few chairs, cooler, and a pop up canopy. I'm sure there is something essential I'm forgetting.
