Looking at this closer, I'm wondering if in the event of a crash/accident, if this bolt-in cage will interfere with the side curtain airbag deployment.

They come from under the headliner, pretty sure the cage shouldn't interfere.

I think it needs to be said that this is not an added safety measure! If anything it's making a bad crash at speed even worse.

For what it's worth, you couldn't pay me to ride in a truck with this contraption regardless of who built it

People and photos of raptor roll overs with cages have indicated that the side curtain air bags are not impeded by a bar in that location.

Yea im pretty sure RPG has thought this through. I seriously doubt they would put out a product that reduces safety and market it as a safety item. but thats just my .02c

Caged trucks typically have the curtain airbags and factory headliner removed.

Maybe RPG can chime in here. Having dealt with them I trust them but would like a definitive answer.
