Thanks Randy. We're all part of the problem collectively and as such we can all be part of the solution. If you want to air something out,...come out of the closet ...whatever you're in to... Don't talk to me about honesty! I made my apologies in two previous post. I was working like a dog before you were born so don't get it twisted. It's amazing that you all are stuck on this thread.
Honesty is having your "word" without it and credibility a man is nothing.
When someone gives 2 weeks notice and sneaks out when an employer is away is less than honest, in fact it just stinks.
I'm really done with this subject.

Once again you have no idea what you are talking about and fed BS from a far, not suprised, that's why I'm gone. I handed my key in face to face today, and actually worked over the weekend taking sales calls. You don't want to go down this road. You really have no idea of what it was like and the direction the company was going, or only have one version of it. I lived it, witnessed it and made a decision with my family that it was time to move on. And by the way, you don't want to go into employees giving there notice, because I assure you, you will lose this argument.
