**** It has come to my attention the rear shocks may be low on nitrogen, since they don't push out all the way. I don't even no if they did when I got them from RPG. I will check that today and report back after I get my nitrogen tank and no loss gauge from my stacker. These really are almost new shocks, the only thing I can think of is SDHQ must have released the Nitrogen so they could put them in a small box, which they where in. SDHQ is closed today and I don't want to bother Ryan on his cell during the holiday.*****

Thanks,

Cory

Cory is a good guy, and was great to deal with, sdhq most likely discharged charged the shock when they took them off. A quick 2 minute fix nothing major. Best of luck with the sell buddy

Thanks Jeff!

Enjoy your Thanksgiving!

that would be a ride like no other!

Good luck selling the shocks. Once they sell tell me more about the 1000hp baby.

Ok mystery solved!

Both shocks had 0 psi of nitrogen. I charged them back to 200psi and they fully extended themselves.

Thank you very much to the guys that where questioning this. I had no idea they didn't have a full charge. I would have felt bad for the next guy who had to go through the trouble of figuring it out, but I would have paid him to get them filled.

When I put the gauge on, 0psi :

After filling with Nitrogen to 200psi :

Fully extended after filling both shocks to 200psi :

Thanks,

1. The shock on the right is definitely screwed up! Shakes head!!!!!

Is that remark directed toward me? So you don't think selling shocks with 0 nitrogen qualifies as "screwed up"? We still don't know why they were empty. SDHQ probably let the gas out, but what IF they are leaking? Schrader valves never leak, after all. See I can be sarcastic too!

I've ordered shocks from Fox, King and SAW and each time they've shown up with zero Nitrogen in them, yes they we're new but that doesn't meanthere wasn't something wrong with them! What gets me is how you can make the statement of "screwed up" when it was clear that they were emptied before hand

Well since we are on the subject....what's the purpose of releasing the pressure. Just easier to work with?

I love the look of these shocks now if I could only justify the price. I will keep dreaming and hope to win some at snoball that is if Fox dontaes a set. Wherever I just want to win any suspension.

CSP great job responding to the concerns raised and great to have you here. I like your take on posting but hope you will share more in the future so we all can benefit.
