As a follow up to this for sale ad, here is what happened with the sale.
I saw the seller didn't sell the kit for quite a while, and kept "bump"ing to the top of the list. I made him an offer below what he had it listed for and he said he wouldn't haggle over 50 bucks and to send payment, in a bit of an abrasive way, but regardless I sent him payment. (If he didn't want that sale price he could have just said no)
I got the box a few days after I sent Troy Bailey (Hole Shot) the money for the bump stop kit. I went out of town with no time to open the box and no time to install the kit.
When I got home, and had everything I need, and help, to install the kit, I unboxed it and found that it was missing two of the frame bolts (they are a little bit specialized because the washer is attached to the bolt, not common to find) and the two bump stop plates were missing. I sure can't put the kit on without those.
I hit up Troy and asked him if he forgot to send the bolts and plates. He informed me that the bolts fell in the frame of the truck that he took it off of and I could just go to the local hardware store and buy my own, or get them from RPG. He also informed me that he decided to keep the plates (That are CLEARLY advertised in the ad, and said to include "everything you see here plus hardware") for a project he was working on.
Clearly a **** move to sell a kit and refuse to send all parts with it. I told him I needed the parts to install it and he said that he "talked to a lot of people about it" and thought it was clear he wasn't selling those parts with the kit. I checked every email I had with him and NEVER was that mentioned, or I wouldn't have bought the kit. I have every email to back it up and will post here if necessary. He also said "you saved enough money with the purchase to go buy the plates." Clearly this was a money issue for him since he sold the kit below what he listed. There wasn't a gun to his head and could have said no to my offer, no need to screw me on the deal.
I contacted the Mod who approved the ad and he could see a potential problem and referred me to a Senior Admin of the board for resolution. The Senior Admin contacted Troy Bailey and said it was a dead issue and I was not getting the parts that he advertised. Not much I can do about it if the Senior Admin doesn't want to "start a witch hunt" about it. So it is what it is.
I wanted to post my experience with purchases on the board for everyone to be cautious when you buy parts from the buy/sell board as you might have this happen to you. Its a real shame because boards like this operate on honesty and common interest. I belong to other boards for other toys I have and have bought a ton of stuff from sellers and this is the first that this has happened. But I have learned from it and thats that.

It sounds to me like you bought a used product, trying to lowball on something that was already priced well below what it originally sold for, and then got your feelings hurt when the admins didn't side with you. You should know there is always something with used parts. Call up RPG, they are always easy to deal with, and get some new hardware, problem solved.
You apparently haven't sold many things here. You post a reasonable price and EVERYONE low balls you and it sucks. I rarely have been able to sell ANYTHING here at my asking price unless I want to hold off and hope someone buys it.
