best bang for the buck..... get the basic kit from Roush, it comes with the tuner and the CAI, then do the exhaust later. That way you don't pay for 2 tunes
If you tune through Roush you must send them your ECU for reflash. I've never used a stock Roush tune but the consensus around here is there are way better tune options out there.
If you want to replicate a Roush Raptor in stages I would recommend buying CAI, exhaust and a performance tune from SVC, JDM or 5 star. They will sell you a flash device with your first tune that you can use again to load your supercharger tune at a later date.
When you're ready to buy the main piece of the puzzle you'll get a new tune usually at a discount as a returning customer.
As for the Roush "bling", that's a matter of taste. The vent pod boost gauge is cool but not necessary for the average driver. If you want the tail gate badge check Ebay.
Have fun. Like others have posted don't get too fixated on the Roush brand. It will be a Roush clone and there's nothing wrong with that, but be open to other manufacturers products.
