Roush Tune Needed!

The Roush Tune (from Roush) is still highly encrypted just like the Whipple Tune used to be. No Tuner can read those files.

Spend the money once and have it actually Dyno tuned with whatever the shop uses as a tuner. Eliminate email tuning. Way too many variables in a non-OEM turbo/supercharged combination. Will a email tune work? Sure. Is it specifically for your vehicle? No. It’s a best guess situation.

No Tuner can edit and save those files, HP Tuners can generate info on the Tune but that's it.

This is not true, if you talk with the Tuner and get the mods right!!!, then an email Tune is just as good. @rjgaumer
You need to understand that there are tens of thousands of Raptors running emailed tunes.
There aren't that many variables you can do with the Raptor that Tuners don't have files for.
Doing a data log is something you can do to verify that the Tune is doing what the Tuner wants his compiled Tune to do for your setup.

Like I stated in an earlier post,
I had the opportunity to have the Tuner Dyno mine but his Tune that he compiled didn't need tweaking engine wise, there was just the trans that did after data logging while driving around.

You don't see me boasting, "a dyno Tune is the only way to go" just because I was able to do it.

I have 12 revisions of my Tune starting 8 years back with different mod configurations, all but one are emailed, even my latest Tune is emailed because he had an update.

We can tune it, we've tuned hundreds upon hundreds of Roush Raptors here. Our SCT device does save the stock Roush file, and replaces it with our (kick ass) tune! We see better pedal respsone, better shifting, remove the speed limiter, raise the shift points, and gains about 50 HP peak, but about 10-20 through out the whole curve. And I guarantee our email tune is better than your local dyno shop we've tuned so many this combination is cookie cutter to us!
