You're at the mileage range of shock rebuild or replacements. Rockauto is the least expensive source for new shocks. There are several vendors who do a full rebuild service, it may or may not be cost effective.

This would be my guess. My shocks were toast around 40k with mainly street driving.

It's time. I just did mine at 70K. World of difference. I bought a new set (front/rear) from RockAuto and have the old set on the shelf to rebuild.
