First things first boys...

Lower your Air Pressure DOWN...

FRONT = 32 - 36 lbs.

REAR = 28 - 30 lbs.

Downside you will have to deal with the Low Pressure Warning Light coming on after you start the truck and once again about 20 minutes later...

It's so worth it to look at a yellow light on the dash as a trade-off to getting a much better ride..

I have always thought my Raptor rode smooth, but after seeing y'all posts I'm thinking some of you came from the car world. I have always drove trucks and this baby rides smooth compared to any of the other trucks I have owned in the past.

Guess what I'm trying to say, don't be comparing your Raptor to a car ride.

Yeah, always was a bit disappointed in the ride. I think reading the forum really did make me overestimate the smoothness. I know it's because most of you are coming from other trucks. It's alright though. The roughness is fine. Just gotta drive faster to smooth it out

I'm just curious, you guys saying the Raptor rides rough are you coming from driving cars and suvs? Or have you always had big trucks? I've always had F150s, F250s, and F350s and this truck is definitely the best riding of any of them by far in my opinion! I'm not saying it rides like a caddy or town car but it's pretty dam nice.

The roughness has a lot to do with the tires. If you are coming from a car then you are coming from a P-rated tire. Most trucks are running D-rated, which is much stiffer in the side walls.

Yep. I have always had a truck and the raptor compared to every other truck is far better.

Also on the tpms you can program to a lower pressure within the module. You need a dealer ids scan tool to do it tho

You are going to wear your tires so fast this way. The truck says run 44psi front and rear, thats what you run. The tires are not designed to be driven every day that low. Not to mention that your mpgs will suffer Greatly!

That is not exactly right. The thing to look at with tires is wear patterns. If you run 44 psi in all of the tires, you will start to notice that the center of the tread wears more than the outside edges. This means that the tire is over inflated. I have been running 40 in the front and 38 in the back and have noticed that the wear pattern is improved, but still a little over inflated.

To see any change in fuel economy, you you have to be running very under-inflated (lower than what Gary is recommending). And I bet the loss you would see is about 10%.

What!!!! Please elaborate on this! Will the dealer do this for you? Do other car shops have this tool? How low can you go, down to say 15lbs?
