I have been looking for a real functional roll bar for a Raptor and can not find any. The trucks at the Raptor Assault have roll bars but without lights. It would be good if the roll bar was made to accept one of those rotating light bars as well. All I find in this category are "chase racks." Does anyone know who makes roll bars like I described?

I'm no help, sorta replying to subscribe, but I think you'll need to look at a custom unit. Can probably buy one for a 70s or 80s Chebbie C10 and (if you cannot cut/bend/weld) have a shop modify it to fit.

I have not been to Raptor Assault so am unsure if they have real roll bars, but maybe call them and ask. Their vendor should sell them.
80s style roll bars are just light bars that bolt to the bed frame mounts as opposed to the bed sides top like a chase rack. They may provide more safety that just the roof (I rolled an older FX4 and walked away without a scratch) but real roll bars or roll cages are a serious undertaking you should talk to one of the Raptor vendors for advice. Bolt in jobs are not really looked on highly.

You make a good point!

I welded a 4-point "roll bar" into my classic Mustang. But have been corrected by the manufacturer (and many propeller-hat forum warriors) that I am using that quoted term incorrectly. I accept my mistake, but the thing is 1/8" steel tube and is full-bead welded to four (factory) reinforced structural parts. There's no fame in a Mustang! In fact the bar is required by NHRA if my car ever breaks a 13.000 (if I get <12.99) which I hope to do someday, plus in a 50 year old convertible that gives some feeling of comfort.
