I bought the frame horn chop front bumper and enforcer rear bumper in August of 2018, including 13 Baja Designs Squadron lights, 4 amber squadron fogs, 2 rear squadron lights for the rear bumper and the intercooler and still have not received everything I paid for to fully complete my install.

Rogue Racing doesn’t return emails or phone calls and the employees will lie to you when you do finally get ahold of someone.

BEWARE: Do not pay up front in full for anything you intend to buy from Rogue Racing until you have your purchase in hand. Their product is outstanding. But, they will lie to you, make excuses and postpone your order. They do not have a clue how to run a business, do not do what they say they are going to do and do not know what customer service means.

BE VERY CAREFUL if you intend to give your hard earned cash to them for a purchase. Ryan, the owner, will ******** you, lie, will not return calls, tell you whatever he needs to say to make you believe he is going to get you taken care of. Meanwhile, he doesn’t have the balls to man up to the customer and take care of you.

Rest assured, he damn well will pocket your cash up front. He’s a pathetic *************.

Just doing my best to help the Raptor community before making a decision to spend their hard earned money with Rogue Racing:

That’s a lot of cash!!!!! I deal with SVC, can’t speak highly enough about their customer service and products! Jeff responded to my questions for my install on a Sunday while he was checking wedding venues with his fiancé. I purchased SVC intercooler, Baja bumper, deavers and bumpstops.

Thanks for the warning, No excuse for that!! I would be beyond pissed off. I sure hope he chimes in on this matter can't wait for how he spins it.
they wont.

If i hadnt been able to reverse charges a few years ago, I would have flown to vegas and cut a bumper off one of their trucks.

Curious what forum rules that you had to follow or any admin that said something that you had to remove what you said? No admins actually run this place nor do they give a shit about this forum. They all left after the GEN2 came out and this forum has become anarchy with no rules being enforced that anyone can see.

Look at all the vendors here who no longer support the forum or gone out of business but they still keep the vendors on the list for the perception that vendors are plentiful. They don’t even enforce or get involved when a vendor gets out of line or provides horrible customer service to the members here.

So say what you want about them, think more need to know.

I saw the "Rule" that only the Vendor and customer are supposed to Post in the thread.

I agree sunlight is a great disinfectant and more should be shown on the bad apples and companies doing it right should get their props as well!!
