I was able to keep the Factory Tow Hooks, I believe you can see them in the previous images I uploaded in this thread.

Was that part of your custom order or do all the bumpers let you keep the factory tow hooks???[/QUOTE]
You can keep the Tow Hooks with every Throttle

Has anyone else had trouble contacting rogue? I sent an email 5 days ago asking very simple follow up questions regarding availability and shipping options but they haven't replied. I hate to say but I'm disappointed as I was ready to do the deal but having second thoughts now.

I called them said one of my trucks was in a accident and need a bumper ASAP. Was up sold into a the throttle with two light bars and a winch was told that he was walking out to the floor to get one sent out and should have it around the 14th. Ordered on the 7th. Have not received it yet and have one truck that is not making me money cause it doesn't have a dam bumper. I had a oem bumper shipped and installed until this arrives. Not happy with service promises timelines and failure to try to make things right. Not to mention that I bought a new bumper to use til this one gets here 1000.00 dollar learning experience. Talked to the owner and he said they have been working around the clock. Told him I wish I bought a add now he said call them their lead time is 6 weeks. Well it may be but rouges is looking like a lot more than I was told. In my line of work I like to under promise not over promise and under deliver. Oh well the other five Eco's won't be getting these. May be a good bumper at a good price but the service sub par

Sounds like a familiar story with a lot of bumper fab shops I know. Hopefully they can get it sorted out.

That's the *****. I would expect a longer production time given the influx of orders from the deal but to not answer an email regarding a sale worries me. I don't want to speak bad of them, I haven't done any business yet. Anxious to hear back and hopefully come to an agreement.

Just wanted to chime in - of course my experience could be a little different than everyone else's... But here it goes-

I don't know about the lead time that was quoted for all of you, but I was quoted 4 weeks back in May- prior to this sale- for another bumper (Revolver). My bumper came in a timely fashion.

Ryan and Christine has gotten back to me with updates - while it was pretty hard to get ahold of them, they did return my emails.

Rogue is a sponsor on this site and have sponsored events in the past - their product are up to par, well worth the wait.

I also thought my bumper would be here within a week of me ordering - but remember they are probably overwhelmed by the orders on this deal - and they do have to supply other vendors that carry their products.

As a FRF member that has purchased a bumper from Rogue, I'm happy with my purchase and won't hesitate to do business with them again, as I'm sure others will say the same thing.

Night.

This is surprising. I have talked through PM's and phone with Christine multiple times and everything was timely. I know their bumper business is out the roof right now. My lead time, as I just ordered last Friday is four to six weeks for a Throttle bumper with no alterations. Shipping was free and that alone is worth the wait. Folks who have got their bumpers seem very pleased with the quality and after all isn't quality more important than another week or two wait?

I agree completely but if it is that busy then tell me so I can plan accordingly and not expect something that is unattainable
