I called them said one of my trucks was in a accident and need a bumper ASAP. Was up sold into a the throttle with two light bars and a winch was told that he was walking out to the floor to get one sent out and should have it around the 14th. Ordered on the 7th. Have not received it yet and have one truck that is not making me money cause it doesn't have a dam bumper. I had a oem bumper shipped and installed until this arrives. Not happy with service promises timelines and failure to try to make things right. Not to mention that I bought a new bumper to use til this one gets here 1000.00 dollar learning experience. Talked to the owner and he said they have been working around the clock. Told him I wish I bought a add now he said call them their lead time is 6 weeks. Well it may be but rouges is looking like a lot more than I was told. In my line of work I like to under promise not over promise and under deliver. Oh well the other five Eco's won't be getting these. May be a good bumper at a good price but the service sub par

Mike,
This is Ryan the owner I know we have spoke a few times regarding this I think it would only be fair to mention the other details about your order as well. When you called on the 7th and said you needed a bumper ASAP I said we would do our very best to accommodate you. The lead time for the Throttle package deal is 4-6 weeks. I said we would pull a bumper out of the production line for you, which we did. If you look at your sales order it is an estimated ship date of the 14th.
When you called on the 14th you were very upset that the bumper was not to your door. I apologized and explained it was an estimated ship date, and that there might have been a misunderstanding. I told you we would do everything possible to get your bumper out as quickly as possible, the only hold up was the winch provision. For any inconvenience you may have had and to try and calm you down I waived the $200 Rush charge and in return gave you an additional $450 off the 2nd 40" Radius light bar. I also offered you a full refund if you wanted to cancel the order, like I said I didn't want you to feel forced into the sale or anything.
I tried explaining I never promised an exact date just that we try our very hardest to get the bumper shipped out by the 14th & even put a note to production sales order showing the urgency to ship out by the 14th. Still none of this seemed to satisfy you and you made it very clear that your would smear us on the forum. If I recall the conversation ended with me getting hung up on. I could have easily shipped you an OEM front bumper for FREE if i had a chance to, as we have 12-15 take offs sitting on the rack.
The bumper was packaged ready to ship on the 18th, you confirmed your shipping address on Monday the 21st via email. Back on the 7th I requested by email and verbal to check over sales order and confirm shipping address and because you are in Iowa and we are in NV there is a 5 business day ship time.
I really hate to bring this to a public forum but I feel that warning other customers about our customer service is really not fair because we went out of our way to make you happy and getting a custom bumper out the door within 9 business days, and compensating you with the mentioned discounts is pretty good customer service.
This forum provides a great platform for customers to share their experiences with each other about their experiences with vendors and to get feedback from each other and interact with companies directly. We do not feel that it should be used as a way to threaten, misguide or gain leverage on certain situations. So to maintain its integrity we feel honesty from both sides is important, which is why we choose to reply back to you on here.
At Rogue we are focused on making the highest quality bumpers out there, providing good customer service and treating our customers with respect.
We hope to get the same back.
All this aside, I hope you are very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of your bumper and hope that we can earn any future business with you as well.
Regards,
Ryan Inman
