Did everyone use the relay included with the lights or just wire (+) to the switch and (-) to ground direct to bars. Seems I should use the relay but any help on how to wire the relay would be appreciated.

You had relays included? :boxed:

Chris @ Rogue Racing, when you have a moment shoot me a PM or respond to my emails in regards to the badly rusting bolts. Just getting worse and worse atm. Haven't heard from y'all in a while.

Toggle 1&2 have built in relays to handle the 40" light bars. Black to any ground and red to up fitter wiring. Owners manual explains the wiring from there. You may need a few feet of wire not supplied depending on routing.
Thanks
Ryan

Ah, I thought @sj-CHI was talking about a custom relay so both bars could be hooked up to one switch instead of doing each bar to one switch or building your own.

I'll email ya shortly Ryan.

There is a relay and harness combo available to tie both light bars to 1 switch.
Not sure was size relay is needed and there a few of them available.
Still looking into this.
Also looking into a harness so the lights in the rear bumper can be wired to both the reverse gear AND an upfitter switch.
I think I have found a set up from Superbright LED's but want to make sure that it is the right set up.
Perhaps one of the lighting vendors can chime in as well.

If you only did the front bumper, consider the rear as well. The look and fitment far exceeds the stock one. And the extra lighting in the rear is very useful.

I had each bar wired direct to Aux 1 (top bar) and Aux 2 (bottom bar) but Aux 1 kept cutting out. I started doubting my wiring and put the "supplied" relays between the truck and the light bars. Since then I discovered one of the bars is faulty. Ryan is taking care of me and sending a new bar.

When I get the new bar I plan to go back to direct wiring to a ground and the two 30A Aux switches.

Just got my pair of rigid D2 spots and it also came with a relay and a switch wired into the harness provided. I called Rigid to find out what to cut out as it was going on up fitter switch #2 and don't need their switch. It was Friday and no one left in the shop had a clue as to what I was asking. I assume it's going to be the same issue when the bumper and pair of radius lights come in?
